Every year, the Peruvian Cancer Foundation hits the streets with one mission: to raise funds with their iconic “Ponle Corazón” tin cans.

But in March 2020, the COVID-19 lockdown happened.

No more street donations. No more help.

In a country where donations are already low, this was a disaster.

So, we went where everyone’s eyes were glued: social media.

But we hit a wall. Facebook and Instagram’s donation button wasn’t even activated in Peru.

So, Zuck… you left us no choice.

We had to hack your platforms.

Not for fun. For a cause. To save lives.
